There is a one room for rent, very well lit and entirely furnished (single bed or dobble bed, up to you) in shared 4-bedroom/2 bathroom flat with large living-room, big terrace with great views and fully-equipped kitchen, and air condition.
Located on the same street as the University of Seville, Reina Mercedes campus (university of Farmacy, Biology, Architecture, Informatics, Matematics, Phisics, Language Institute etc..) Close to Virgen de Rocio Hospital. Well connected to the city centre and other important locations, buses 6 and 34 stop right at our door, buses 37, 1 and 2 are a short walk away. There is a public bicycle network in front of the house.
We're looking for a NON-smoking, organized and responsible person (preferably woman. we are people of different nationalities, workers, erasmus and master students - a funny and nice mix).
Rent includes hi-speed wi-fi and national calls all week. Gas and electricity bills are not included.
