One the best places in Madrid city :))). Hi, I'm a flight attendant, so sometimes I'm out and cannot pickup the phone, when you are calling me, but feel free to try later or send me a sms to my mobile if it's urgent, or contact me over whatsapp, fcbk, and I will get in touch faster or call the other number of my flatmate. The room will be showed starting August/September =) ******+++++********++++++****** take a good look, this is a really cool place to stay in Madrid. Sadly in this city rent prices are high and don't get much for your money (really old, or small grandma flats). Here you don't to have to worry about that ;)) Our apartment it's in the north area of madrid city, very well communicated with the city center and south with two subway lines (and a train stop nearby) The room it' has plenty of natural light, a big balcony, AND very clean. We love listening to music, watching movies, and like to stay up late, some times we have some parties over here. Apart we have the usual stuff as pubs, gyms and malls around the area. We are looking for someone social, but also clean, and that helps around the house. Best suited for students of University Autonoma , CEAC, Camilo Jose Cela and Europea, its in one of the best areas, Colombia - Mar de Cristal / Chamartin \ Plaza Castilla - Nuevos Ministerios Area. Alquilamos una las habitaciones con luz natural, nueva, Internet WIFI y todo limpio, en un piso exterior con balcón =) Es uno de esos pisos que tienes que mejor verlo. En casa todo es nuevo y el ambiente de puta madre. Mi nombre es Idoia Delgado Burgos, soy una chica de 26 años que trabaja y estudia, trabajo como azafata de vuelo, y soy de fuera de Madrid (del Pais Vasco) y Alquilamos Habi para chica/o en piso muy chulo en el norte de Madrid Capital.Esta en una zona tranqui y hay muy buen ambiente. Esta bien comunicado con dos lineas de metro, la 8 y la 4 y Tren de Cercanias (cerca). Si necesitais mas fotos o videos del 'flat idoia' en vimeo y ahi aparece por completo el piso con todo detalle. Se me olvida decir que en el piso hay de todo en cuanto a electrodomésticos y no necesitáis nada más, si alguna cosa ya sabéis =) ****************++++++++++++++++++++++++********************** I have this nice room for rent available beginning around August September. Full of natural light, fully furnished, modern, clean, supercute, 2 metro stations, night buses, regional train and in a very secure area. The flat has about everything. I'd like to take this chance to introduce myself, my name is Idoia Delgado Burgos , C.Berrk., and I'm a young flight attendant that works for a big airline, so I have to travel quite a lot, and originally come from a small town in the north of Spain. I'm kinda like many of you, not from Madrid, but found this little gem of apartment, that for Madrid standards is quite awesome. We're renting it now and If you want to see more about the flat like videos just search vimeo and there you will find more pictures and videos, can find videos of us in the apartment and of then so you get an idea who you're gonna live with :-) But I can tell you this now, you're gonna love it :) Usually we are 3 in the apartment. 1 boy + 2 girls (aged between 22-26, flight attendants, workers+students) Included in the price is the water, phone, cleaning, internet bills. Did I mention we have a BBQ? Yeah! and lots of plants. Like I said there are tons of places out there, but few where you can feel like at home. Hell, mit Balkon, stylish, Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und beste Verkehrverbindungen. Metro und Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus, in optimaler Lage zur Uni Autonoma / Europea. 395 WM und falls du mehr Details brauchst, kannste mehr Deatils auf der WGgesuch Seitee findn, oder beim berümten blauen Sozialntzwrkseite unter meinem Namen und beim vimeo portal .
