Hi, I am renting 2 fully furnished rooms to an ERASMUS Girl. The Apartment is a top floor apartment and was newly renovated in June 2007. All the bedrooms as well as the lounge are all on the exterior of the building so they have lots and lots of light all day long. As well as this, the property has a balcony which runs along the side of the building that has beautiful panoramic views of Sierra Nevada (can also been seen from bedrooms). The rooms all come furnished with a wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table, lamps and coat hooks, and a large single bed (105cm) in width including all linen and quilts. In the lounge there are two double leather sofas, 32” Flat screen TV, DVD player, Cordless telephone, Coffee table, dining table and chairs, and a WIFI router. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the latest mod-cons. The flat is in a lovely area of the city that is very Spanish, with lots of local amenities on its doorstep, such as, Supermarket, fishmongers, video-shop, GREAT bars and restaurants, bus stops for Uni, bus/Train station, airport, Sierra Nevada bus. Please get in touch and come and see before you make that important decision. All of this for €280 per calendar month for a room. This price includes water, Internet and Comunidad, it doesn’t include electricity. The flat doesn't run on gas (BUTANO) so hot water will never run out.
Hola, tengo 2 habitaciones para chicas Erasmus. El piso es un ático y es recientemente renovado. Tiene 4 habitaciones, una de ellas con cama doble y cuarto de baño. Todas las habitaciones son exteriores y el piso tiene mucha luz. Desde el balcón y el salón hay vistas panorámicas de Sierra Nevada. Las habitaciones vienen todas amuebladas con armario, mesita de noche, mesa de estudio, cama de 105cm con sus sabanas y nórdico de invierno. En el salón hay dos sofás de piel, una tele plasma, un teléfono inalámbrico, hay Internet WIFI por todo el piso, hay DVD, mesa céntrica y una mesa grande para poder comer. La cocina viene también completamente equipada. Todo esto es €280 por mes por habitacion, este precio incluye agua, Internet, comunidad, no incluye luz (electricidad).
