If you study or work from home, nobody watching TV, having dinner, or having a late drink on the balcony will disturb you. This is a chance to have a fantastic standard of living in a welcoming, quiet high-up, totally exterior flat with views and lots of natural light in the nicest beach neighbourhood in Barcelona (with the best beach bars and all the services you could ask for.)
