Vivo en un piso nuevo en Sant Andreu todo exterior, tranquilo y al lado del metro (linia roja) y del autobús 73, y a 10 minutos del Tren de Sant Andreu Arenal y Sant Andreu Comptal. Me gustaría encontrar una compañera agradable para compartir el piso. El piso es amplio, soleado, todo exterior tiene dos baños, está todo amueblado. Aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas son muy acogedoras. El precio es de 360 euros mes por la habitación con todos los gastos incluidos (incluye Wifi y mujer de la limpieza cada 2 semanas). Soy economista, tengo 33 años, buen carácter y activa. Me gusta estudiar, leer, ver la tele en inglés, comprarme el diario... e ir a tomar cervezas :) Saludos, Marta ------ My name is Marta and I'm from Barcelona. I’m living in a new flat in Sant Andreu, Barcelona, very close to the red line (only two minutes walking and you can arrive in 20 minutes to Plaça Catalunya). This is 85 m2 and has three rooms, an office and spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. All the rooms are exterior, quiet and with furniture. All the utilities are included (wire-less) and every 15 days the flat is cleaned. I’m 33 years old and I’m working for the town council. I’m an easygoing and active woman.
