Habitación disponible para chica estudiante con escritorio y wifi o mujeres que estén trabajando. Todas las habitaciones disponen de camas amplias de 135x190. La casa se encuentra en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, tiene 3 plantas+ aparcamiento grande + jardín privado + jardín comunitario con piscina. La planta baja es un comedor y un despacho de trabajo o estudio + aseo + cocina; La planta primera con 3 habitaciones + 2 baños completos, y arriba hay una boardilla que es mi habitación privada. Se ofrece 2 habitaciones (dobles) con baño completo con bañera (Baño compartido para las dos habitaciones). 300€/mes (gastos incluidos) También hay disponible una suite (habitación grande + baño). 425 €/mes (gastos incluidos) En la casa vivo yo, mi perrita (mini pincher) y las tres chicas que puedan haber en las tres habitaciones disponibles. Actualmente estan las tres habitacines ocupadas, una chica francesa, una chica alemana, y una chica mejicana. En breve queda una habitación disponible. La estación de tren esta a 8 min. andando y trenes cada 30 minutos. A 20 min. de Mataró i a 50 min. de Barcelona en tren. PD: Yo soy ingeniero y viajo a menudo. Para mi es muy importante una chica responsable y tranquila, que respete mi casa mientras yo estoy fuera de viaje. También estoy interesado en enseñar catalán y español a cambio de que me enseñen inglés o francés. La maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Il y a 3 étages (3 niveaux) + 1 grand parking + 1 jardin privé + 1 jardin commun avec piscine privée. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une salle à manger/salon, un bureau (pour le travail ou les études), des toilettes et une cuisine. Au 1er étage, il y a 3 chambres avec 2 salles de bains (baignoire/douche, évier, WC, étagères). Au 2ème étage, il y a un grenier où il y a ma chambre privée. Je vous propose 2 chambres doubles avec salle de bain (baignoire) à partager. 300 € / mois (frais inclus) Aussi, il y a une suite : une chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain privée (douche spacieuse + évier + WC + étagère) : 425 € / mois (frais inclus) Dans la maison, je vis avec ma chienne (mini pincher) et les 3 filles qui peuvent avoir les 3 chambres disponibles. La station de train se situe à 8 min à pieds. Il y a un train toutes les 30 minutes environ. Mataró : à 20 min et Barcelone à 50 min en train. PS : Je suis ingénieur et je suis souvent en déplacement pour le travail. Pour moi, il est très important que la fille soit responsable et tranquille. Francesc *** Room for rent- for a responsible female who can look after the house while Iam travelling. A person who can rent the room on the one hand and help in the household on the other hand. Depending on effort and time invested in helping, the monthly rent for the room is negotiable. There is another room for female students or employers, since wifi and a desk are available there. Both rooms have a big bed (135x190). The house has three floors and a big parking lot, a private garden and a shared garden with a swimming pool as well as two bathrooms. The offer is: a room and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub (which is only used by those who rent the rooms) + the use of the kitchen and library for 300 Euros/month ( all utilities included). In the house live three persons: me, my doggy (a mini pincher) and the two females who can rent the two free rooms. At the moment there is only one room available since the other one is actually rented by a German girl who is very nice, educated and works a lot (English teacher). The bigger room is still available, with approx.17qm and a window to the yard, in a relaxed area seperated from touristic places but still close enough to join in (bars and restaurants are very close). The train station is only 6-8 walking minutes away and the train leaves every half an hour to Barcelona or direction Girona. Raum zu vermieten- an eine verantwortungsvolle, weibliche Person, die auf das Haus aufpassen kann, während ich reise. Weiterhin bevorzuge ich jemanden, der im Haushalt hilft- je nach Aufwand wäre dann der Mietpreis hierbei verhandelbar. Es gibt noch ein zweites Zimmer für Studentinnen oder Arbeitnehmerinnen, da dort ein Schreibtisch und Wifi vorhanden sind. Beide Zimmer verfügen über große, geräumige Betten (Abmaße: 135x190). Das Haus hat drei Stockwerke, einen großen Parkplatz, einen privaten Garten und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Swimming Pool. Ich biete an: ein Zimmer mit einem voll ausgestatteten Bad, inklusive Badewanne ( welches nur durch die beiden Mieter genutzt wird), Nutzung der Küche und Bibliothek für 300 Euro/ Monat (alle Nebenkosten sind in der monatlichen Miete enthalten). Im Haus wohnen zurzeit drei Personen: ich und meine Hündin (ein Minipincher) sowie die zwei zukünftigen Mieterinnen für die freien Räume. Im Moment ist nur noch ein Raum frei, da der andere bereits vermietet ist- an eine freundliche und viel arbeitende Deutsche (Englischlehrerin). Der größere Raum ist noch verfügbar. Er ist circa 17qm groß, mit einem Fenster zum Hof, in einer entspannten und ruhigen Gegend, getrennt vom touristischen Zentrum, aber nah genug, um sich auch dort aufzuhalten (Bars, Restaurants in der Nähe). Der Bahnhof ist circa 6-8 Gehminuten entfernt und der Zug fährt alle 30 Minuten. Für weitere Fragen stehe ich jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.
